Common order workflows
1. Capture buyer request
Record buyer name, requested delivery date, and a simple summary of items. Save as Pending while you confirm stock.
2. Confirm against inventory
Check Inventory Lots for available quantities and expiry dates. Update the order status to Confirmed once you can fulfill it.
3. Prepare and deliver
On the delivery day, create Stock Movements for items leaving storage and update the order status to In delivery, then Delivered.
4. Reconcile and export
At the end of the day or week, export orders for accounting or share summaries with the farm owner.
